Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14 -  day return policy, which means you have 14 days after placing an order to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact me at KatrinaNaturalLiving@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, then instructions will be sent to you on how and where to send your package and you will be responsible for shipping cost. Any item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your new order and contact us immediately if there are any damages or if you have been sent the wrong item.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

You will be notified via email once your return has been received and inspected and whether it has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded onto the original payment method. Please remember it can take sometime for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
