Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for shopping at Natural Living. The following terms and conditions set out our Delivery Policy. 

Shipping process time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. If there are any delays to your order then you will be contacted via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates and Delivery estimates

Standard Delivery - 3-5 working days - £2.95. (Free on orders over £50)

Express Delivery - 1-2 working days - £3.95 (Free on orders over £50)

Global Delivery - 1+ week - £15 (Free on orders over £100).

* Standard and Express Delivery is only available for orders within the United Kingdom

Due to recent postal strikes, extra time must be allowed for your order to reach you. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be added if applicable and active within 24 hours. 

Damages

Natural Living is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your product damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure all materials are saved before a claim is filed. 

What if my shipping address is wrong?

Please email us as soon as possible at Katrinanaturalliving@outlook.com. If the item has not already been packed or shipped, we can amend the shipping address for you.  

Important Information

Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period and charge.
